Terms & Conditions for Game Hosts

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Responsibility for Materials
   I am responsible for bringing any game materials needed for my hosted session unless otherwise arranged with staff.

2. Attendance Commitment
   I will arrive on time and remain present for the entire duration of my scheduled session.

3. Respect and Conduct
   I agree to treat all participants, staff, and attendees with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in my session being canceled.

4. Schedule Placement
   I understand that event staff will assign final time slots and table space. Preferences will be considered but are not guaranteed.

5. Safety and Accessibility
   I agree to follow all venue rules, safety guidelines, and accessibility practices.

6. Photography Release
   I grant permission for event staff to photograph or record my hosted game for event promotion.

7. No Sales or Merchandising
   Hosting a game is NOT a vendor activity. I will not sell merchandise or conduct business transactions at my game table.

8. Game Content
   All games must be appropriate for a general event setting. I will disclose any mature content and follow guidelines provided by staff.
