Deadlines & Event Schedule

Exact times will be finalized and published closer to the event. Below is a general outline.

  • Vendor Move-In – Friday: Time TBA

  • Vendor Move-In – Saturday: Time TBA

  • Move-Out – Saturday:: Time TBA

  • Public Show Hours – Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • No-Show Policy

  • Vendors who fail to check in or contact PeoriaCon® management at least two (2) hours before public opening on the first day may forfeit their space without refund.

  • Early Teardown
    Early breakdown of booths is prohibited. Vendors who begin teardown before public hours end may not be invited to future shows.

Notes

  • An Exhibitor Manual with full setup, parking, and logistics information will be distributed no later than 60 days before the show.

  • PeoriaCon® reserves the right to adjust booth placement, policies, or event structure as needed to ensure safety, professionalism, and event success.
